Phenomenal experience at this animal hospital. My partner and I are new cat owners and the assistants and veterinarians were extremely patient with our gigantic list of questions and concerns. Dr. Nicole was attentive to our feline and thorough with the wellness check. The staff did a wonderful job nail clipping and shaving off some matted hair. Fair pricing and insurance accepted 👍🏻

We took in a sweet dog with bladder cancer through a local rescue and she received amazing care through this hospital over the last 14 months that we likely would not have been able to afford without their charity discounts. We were very touched by the care she (and we) received for her eventual euthanasia appointment. Every single staff member and Dr. Diaz were incredibly kind, patient and informative. I particularly appreciated that the medications were given on the floor with blankets rather than the cold metal table like other places do, so we could hold her as she passed.

We have a 6 month old puppy, Finn. The rescue company we went through gave us discounts with certain vet clinics, and Naperville was one of them. We figured we’d take advantage of the deal, but if we didn’t love them, we could always find somewhere else. Every visit, from a puppy physical to his neuter, the experience has been great. We’ve also boarded him. The vets and staff there are incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, ensure all of your questions are answered. We will definitely be sticking with them… just because I’m “extra”, for boarding, I would love more updates on how he’s doing, but that’s not crucial. We know he’s safe and taken care of, just leaving for a week and leaving him for the first time, I would have loved more updates, but they are great. For anyone looking, know they don’t take appts, but they have a monitor that shows the wait time. Getting there early in the morning is your best bet for lower wait time

Our experience here has always been great, and it just got greater since they allow (but don't require) appointments. We always bring out cats in carriers and eliminating the hour(s)-long wait is less stressful no our babies. Thank you for doiing that! Nobad experiences here, always professional and kind to the pets.
I had to put all three of my cats to sleep there and the staff were amazing and let us having our time with each of my cats. My oldest niece and my youngest niece also unfortunately had to put their dogs to sleep
